Develop the product, and the customers will come- right?  What if they don’t? We all want more involvement from customers for our products, but how do we get it? More importantly, what can we do with it?
In this session, we’ll re-cap the human centered design process used to build Bella Scena. We’ll share our iterative process for building the product and what we learned along the journey having over 100 people involved. We’ll discuss:
1. Our solution design based on pain points and user interviews. We’ll review the tools of the trade for managing our designs and how we used the lens of a worker in a small company and that of a freelancer to craft our solution.
2. User feedback and verifying solution of the pain points- we’ll describe the process used to gather initial feedback and reduce our own bias in collecting that feedback.
3. Iterative design and click through prototypes- how did we measure intuitiveness of the product and clarify design requirements?
4. Our structured test of Alpha product before releasing to market- how we did a preliminary launch of the product & measured our results.
We’ll share the tools we used to manage the process and how we navigated each step to reach the beta launch of Bella Scena, wonderly software solutions first product.
